Helpful questions to get the process started:
How many guests are you expecting? Doesn’t need to be precise, rough estimates are helpful.
Do you need a tent for your event? Inclement weather likes to rain on parades.
Food and entertainment? Dance floors, a bar, a buffet? We’ll need to account for these things when considering the tent size.
Whats going to happen at this party? Seated dinner or more mingling? You may want a mix of both seating tables and high-top cocktail tables.
Are all your needs covered? Do you need table linens? What about tent walls for privacy for wind or rain?
What time of day is this party? Is the sun supposed to be out? Or do we add lighting?
